Special Family Situations: If there is a special family situation, please notify the school. Please provide the school with any information/documentation needed to comply with legal requirements.
Registration Policy
  • If you would like your child to be placed in a class with a specific friend, please send written request to the office by July 1, 2022. We will accept one friend request per child. The request must be mutual and in writing. While we cannot guarantee such requests, we will do our best to fulfill them if we feel they are in the best interest of the children.
  • Children are placed in classes at the discretion of the Directors. There are many factors that determine placement. Our most important goal is to provide the best learning experience for each child. Other considerations are individual needs, date of enrollment, class size, boy/girl ratio, birth dates, dismissal times and combinations of children in a room. The administration alone is responsible for class placement, and teacher requests are not accepted or promised. I understand that I may not request a teacher. 
Withdrawal Policy
 
Withdrawals during the 2022-2023 school year 
  • Thirty-day notice is required.
  • Payee is responsible for 20% of the remaining tuition balance.
  • If withdrawal is made with less than 30 days notice, there is no refund or transfer of tuition and fees.

Tuition Rates - 5 Full Days
Tiny Tots (10 weeks old - 1 year at start date) $12,750
Ready Set Go (1-2 years as of 9/1/22) $12,750
Pre-Nursery (2 years as of 9/1/22) $12,750
Nursery (3 years as of 9/1/22) $12,750
Pre-K (4 years as of 9/1/22) $12,750
*VPK voucher is valued at approximately $2,500 and will be deducted from full year tuition.

Ready Set Go (1-2 years as of 9/1/22) $10,500
Pre-Nursery (2 years as of 9/1/22) $10,500
Nursery (3 years as of 9/1/22) $10,500

Extended Care Rates
AM Care: (7:30 - 8:45 AM) - $1,500
PM Care: (3:00 - 5:45 PM) - $2,500
AM & PM CARE - $3,425
Hourly Rate: $12
  • All families enrolled in ECC will receive membership to Temple Beth Emet.
  • Sibling Discount There is a 5% discount for Early Childhood Center, Elementary and Middle School siblings.(Excluding Tiny Tots)
A non-refundable, non-transferable $150 Registration Fee, $450 Security Service Fee and $1000.00 Tuition Deposit are due upon enrollment. There is a $35 fee for any returned checks.
 
Payment Policies
  • Registration must be accompanied by a non-refundable, non-transferable $150 Registration Fee (per child), $450 Security Service Fee (per family) plus a $1,000 Tuition Deposit (per child).
  • We require a credit card to be kept on file. The credit card will be charged on the 15th of the month for any outstanding payments that are due. There is a 3% convenience fee for all credit card transactions. 
  • Tiny Tots, Ready Set Go, Pre-Nursery and Nursery tuition is to be paid in nine equal installments beginning August 1, 2022 and ending April 1, 2023. Pre-K tuition is to be paid in six equal installments beginning August 1, 2022 & ending January 1, 2023.
  • There are no refunds or credits due to illness or absence.
  • There is a $35 late fee if payment is not made by the 10th of the month, unless arrangements have been made in advance.
  • There will be a $1.00 fee for every minute that a child is here after the school is closed.

Tuition
Tuition is an annual fee. Payment can be made in full or in monthly installments.  If your class must quarantine due to a positive Covid case, no refunds will be given. If our campus is mandated to close beyond the ten days built in for emergency closings (hurricanes, Covid) tuition will be pro-rated based on remote learning provided. Refunds and/or credits of tuition balance from date of closing after 10 days will be issued accordingly: 100% to Tiny Tots; 80% to Ready Set Go and Pre-Nursery; 60% to Nursery and 40% to Pre-K (VPK period is non- refundable).  We do not intend to close our campus unless mandated to do so by Local authorities.

Financial Assistance Policy
  • Temple Beth Emet Early Childhood Center has limited financial assistance available due to the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic. If you need financial assistance we recommend taking advantage of the following resources:
  • Florida VPK Voucher
  • School Readines
  • Gardiner Scholarship (children 3 and up with specific criteria are eligible) 
 
Payment Agreement
*Registration will be processed ONLY upon full completion of Payment Agreement. 
Deposit due upon registration includes:
Registration Fee: $150 per student
Security Service Fee: $450 per family
Tuition Deposit: $1,000 per student
A non-refundable $150 registration fee is due upon registration for each student, please check payment choice to the left for registration fees.
