Tzedakah is the great Jewish tradition of contributing from individual resources toward the good of the whole community. Rabbinic teaching informs us that the construction of the Temple was not completed until everyone had contributed to the effort, and that the very strength of the community was dependent upon the good will and donations of each and every one of our ancestors. At Temple Beth Emet, we honor that tradition, and treasure each and every gift to strengthen our sacred Jewish community.

Monies will be allocated to our Israel partners:
- Israel Bonds: funds will be aggregated to buy a bond in TBE’s name. You may also buy a bond for yourself.
- Jewish National Fund: buy a tree in the TBE grove in Israel. Funds will be used by JNF to help rebuild the damaged communities and infrastructure.
- Israel Guide Dogs: as there will be an increased need for service animals.
- Leket: which provides food for those who need it.
- Elem: which helps disadvantaged and at-risk teens.
- Neve Michal: which cares for and houses at-risk or abused or displaced children and orphans.
